  • Couples are an adult & spouse legally married couple recognized by the state of Idaho.
  • Families are a legally married couple & dependents under 19 years old.
  • Youth are between 13-17 years old.
  • Seniors are 55 years old & up.
  • No one under the age of 13 is allowed in weight room for any reason.
  • No one under the age of 10 is allowed in weight room/track for any reason.
  • No one under the age of 8 is allowed to be left in the gyms without supervision.
